Here's a interesting video. The guy here is cracking Wifi (WEP 128 bit encryption) in under 15 minutes. The video itself is only 2 minutes (majority of the time was spent just letting the software do its magic). Definitely worth looking at for interested surfers:

Hi Sara,
Wifi is wireless internet access. I'm sure you've come across that so I won't get into details about it. But basically wireless internet, usually done via 802.11b or 802.11g standards (your wifi router will use one of these two standards). some people keep their routers unlocked, so it is open to anyone who has a wifi card or wifi device and they can simply log onto your network and share your internet connection. but most sensible people lock their wifi connection with passwords via something called WEP. now there are different levels of wep security, the most common is 128 bit WEP and the newer one is 256bit WEP. now why would someone want to crack wep? Simple. to gain access to your net connection, but that also means they can gain access to your network and ultimately your PC. so suppose you have cracked someone's wep key, you can log into their network, check their pc, see whats in it, and do further things. its quite useful for certain things. for example, suppose your wife goes to a far away island and uses the net via wifi. and then some creep comes along and starts using her connection. maybe even lock her from her own router. then she could easily crack her own wep and gain access to her rightful connection.

People should just invest in their own access instead of "breaking and entering" illegally. I find it interesting that someone of your "high moral standards" is promoting such behavior. Very interesting in fact.
Anyways, even if hypothetically your wife were to go away to a far away island and use wifi(yours=generally, not specifically you because you would never let your wife leave you in the first place) why would someone one to lock her out of the router? Unless it was the husband of the so called wife messing with her for leaving him behind....

There are people like that. It's happened before from what I know but if you know better, then that's fine. The post was to help those interested to get a good demonstration. And I understand you don't have a good feel for such methods but they are quite beneficial for not only self protection but it helps you develop better ways to access the web (for example, seeing how terrible wifi is because of the security hazard).
as for my "high standard of morality", I am not sure what you mean. But whatever idea you have of me, forget it. You don't know me.
Word of caution about Nevis. Becareful, ok? Keep safe, and don't fall into the traps of shaytaan. there's so much fitna in this world, just remember why you went down there and keep in touch with your family very often. Insha'Allah those in addition to regular namaaz will keep you safe and sound.

now to answer your question, celeron is the cheapest processor hence the lowest performing processor. Intel pentium core duo is a step up from the celeron and core 2 duo is the latest one. theoritically the core 2 duo has twice the power threading power of the core duo. this probably doesn't make much difference for what you'll be doing (e-mail, web surfing, watching movies). but when it comes to graphics intensive programs (like games), it helps alot.
